Pleasant sights
Achewood - Talking animals and extreme personalities at close proximities.
A Lesson Is Learned But the Damage is Irreversible - Bizarre, brilliant, innovative and full of heart, but rarely on time.
Beaver and Steve - A dinosaur and rodent do things that are not normally done by dinosaurs or rodents.
Boy on a Stick and Slither - Insightful, cute and often sadly accurate.
Copper - A boy and his dog enjoy excursions into the strange and often have heartwarming observations.
Dinosaur Comics - Things are funnier when dinosaurs say them, and also when they are exceptionally well written.
Dresden Codak - Any comic that makes an action hero of Nelson Mandela is righteous in my book.
Hate Song - You'll feel guilty about liking this, and you probably should feel guilty, but you probably should like it.
Minus - This comic about a magical little girl is probably too cute for people with no hearts.
Okay Pants - It was gone but now it's back again and there's a yeti. Score!
Overcompensating - The comic blog of the man who shot Wigu.
Penny Arcade - Sure, everybody's doing it, but the more surreal elements - deadly line dancing competitions and positively Victorian cats & imps - really make it worth it.
The Perry Bible Fellowship - Irreverent is a terribly overused adjective when it comes to this kind of thing, but it's certainly applicable to this weekly helping of irony.
Sam and Fuzzy - The day to day life of a nice boring fellow and his homicidal stuffed bear roommate.
Scarygoround - Charming British folks deal with charming British problems such as escaping the afterlife and jellyfish invasions.
White Ninja - Always weird, always happy.

Pleasant sounds
Au Revoir Simone - Pretty and frightfully happy sounding songs with lots of uttered lalas and woowoos.
Milwaukee Youth Center Choir - Internet famous because of Achewood but chiefly notable because of their impressively catchy awkward lyrics.
+/- (Plus/Minus) - Awesome beats that I'd call poppy if pop wasn't a stinky poohead.
Pleasant dude
Ashton Cummings - While I wrote the html-ish parts of this site, this fellow's sexy (and freely available) PHP script provides an ample comic posting backend for it.
